Hi everbody , when i record through my soundcard from BBC radio 1 keep getting muffled sound and the software Wavepad in this instance is showing the whoe graph spectrum full. The thing is it plays fine coming through the BBC player. I have spent ages trying to figure it out an adjusting soundcard settings.
It records fine from all other radio stations. Does any smart person know why this may be??

you tried other software? Try recording using in built sound recorder (you have to change the recording setting in your volume control to stereo mix)
Then you'll know if its an application issue or if its a soundcard issue.[FONT=Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif]"The internet is a great way to get on the net."
