Howdy!
Due to being on the vulnerable list throughout the initial lockdown and going by instruction , I haven't been going into shops and haven't been into M&S for months . I have been using Tesco mainly and they have been very good . They have special slots for vulnerable as well
Last night and this morning , trying to book a delivery via the Ocado website and app has been a total pita . My first time trying .
The website appears very buggy . Live chat is non existent . ( This could possibky because I'm using iPad?)
On top of that , the delivery schedule seems to be for 3 days only . For a large organisation , that seems poor at best .
Have I missed something ? Anyone else having same issues as myself ? Is there a certain time of day / night to get in and book a slot as soon as they become available ?

I'm not registered as vulnerable and I can see up to November 15th.

Same scenario over weekend , and just tried again .
Live chat doesn't work . Everytime I log in , I get the multiple choice pictures to check that I'm not a robot .
Rubbish website .
I'll stick with Tesco's .0 -
You could try Waitrose now minimum order is down to £40, still PIA for a slot although you can see weeks ahead

Thanks farway.I was trying to do some shopping online with Waitrose around Christmas time .
I am a Waitrose member with card. For some reason and after multiple attempts, MT username and password were not recognised .I will try them again .Iceland were very good, but on one occasion after paying fir goods, there was a glitch in the system and I had to contact my bank to assure me that nothing was taken from my account .I used Asda once, but the driver wouldn't come into the communal area ,and I had to pick my stuff outside which was not ideal . He wasn't horrible , but just going by rules up I guess .
I'll leave it there for now ..0 -

Well, bizarrely I have had success resetting my password on Waitrose website.
I also managed to grab a slot for Dec 20th . I have grabbed that slot with both hands and hopefully all is well .I hope that I can add things to the basket , before then if needed .I know that you can in Tesco ..0 -
