Morning
I'm struggling to sleep too in fact the way my brain goes into overtime at night makes me wonder if I want to go to bed at all. Its not the restful place it used to be.
Getting a bit p****d off with asda now... they were delivering today with a replacement for my Baileys that arrived last week with a tag. Unbelievably this had one on toopoor driver was mortified ...no baileys coffee for me for another week
Plans for today include shopping from the garage freezer for next weeks meal plan and some volunteer calls but not a lot else. Fancying a breakfast for tonight then strictly and the cube later
Have a good day all x

Morning all! Sorry to hear of disturbed nights, I bloody hate having rubbish sleeps, I really look forward to sleeping. I certainly don't miss working nights and spending the days off in a fog because my body clock didnt know which way Australia was. Didn't post for a few days because there's only so many ways you can say, I'm building the pergola, I'm decluttering without sounding like a repetitious loon. However, today, I'm decluttering again
and making space to make the two sides for the pergola - the other two are open to the non prevailing wind and rain. Some cutting is going to happen because although the material is five foot, the sides are a minimum of seven and one side has a seven degree angle. I've been putting that off a bit because I was worried about cutting and sewing accurately and straight and I need some room to do it, hence the decluttering. So, I have my three bags [ bin, charity, dump recycle facility] on the go and they are getting filled up. I wonder if I'll ever have one of those lovely clean looking houses...
Weather is fine and cold and I have some leftovers for snacks [ pasta and sugo, and a couple of scotch eggs, which unfortunately, OH doesn't like...Oh dear...all for me then?] so no cooking required till tonight. 3 loads of washing done yesterday and I have also found a couple of those vacuum bags in amongst eveything so I might rewash all the bedding under the bed and vacuum pack it away. I really don't like that weird musty smell they get from hanging round in the open. Has anyone done the vacuum pack thing and can say for sure they don't smell disgusting when they come back out again? Or should I be chucking in some smellies like a cedar cube or herbs or something?I shall arise and go now and get back to my job, and then book myself in for an ebay spectacular tomorrow....Have fun and frolics today, do something lovely and oh Nelski, how very disappointing! I'll swig a rum in commiseration tonight....Super Saturday all.Non me fac calcitrare tuum culi12 -
taff, I use the vacuum bags but have yet to find one that stays deflated for any length of time. I still reckon things niff a bit when they emerge. I've had some success with shoving a tumble dryer conditioning sheet in with the clothes. I still like to give them a bit of an air outside if weather permits though.I believe that friends are quiet angels
