Id say its irrelevant in that its now inexorable simply on the grounds of cost, Biden may progress it slightly but even Trump couldn't hold it back, more coal mines closed under Trump than Obama's whole tenure.And theres a tipping point which we are just about reached now when it costs less to build new solar or wind than operate an existing coal plant.So instead of seeing the gradual 10% decline in cost of renewable energy every year and thinking that doesn't make much difference, it does when it passes that point.This report is well worth reading https://www.rethinkx.com/energy#energy-download
