PLF Teletext mid advice

Any advice? I booked a holiday to Greece with Teletext. The agent assured me that if I completed the required PLF before midnight that evening as the holiday was the next day I would be ok to travel. I paid for the holiday and was sent the link to complete the PLF however when I tried to key in the travel date it was shaded out. I therefore was unable to travel and lost all my money. The insurance didn't cover it. The Greek consulate said it wasn't in their jurisdiction. I've complained through Teletext but had no response from them.
Any ideas of what my next steps are ?

Did you book the holiday the day before also?  Did you know about the PLF before you booked?  If so did you not check to see that at least 24 hours was required which is made clear with a quick google search.  Agent may have been negligent by giving you incorrect information but the main responsibility does lie with the passenger to gather the correct papers.  Teletext may refute any liability here and I am not sure you could actually prove you were given incorrect advice in first place.

Sticky situation but I don’t actually know what you can do other than keep on at them to address the situation.  Just out of interest could you have rearranged your flight for the following day?

as I understand it - they issue the codes for the following day at midnight Greek time which is 10pm UK time
what time did you book the holiday and what time did you try to order the PLF? was it was after 10pm? (after midnight Greek time)

Yes I got mine just after 10pm UK time, ie midnight Greek time. It says on the FCO page that you must complete it 24 hours before https://www.gov.uk/foreign-travel-advice/greece/entry-requirements but the Greek govt site says you need to do it the day before, so I think as long as you do by 10pm the day before you arrive you should be OK. But best doing it asap. If you arrive in the early hours and leave before 10pm UK time, you won't have the QR code as they'll send it during your flight.
