Extremely Slow Mortgage Advisor

Thanks for your help, this is what I thought too. I sent the requested documents for my application last Thursday so it's been 8 days now. I've sent an email and called twice since and each time she's been either out of the office or on the other line.0

I would just go with the online agent as that would save you some bucks and hopefully with it being straight forward you shouldn't have much trouble. Habito is receptive in terms of giving responses and hence you wouldn't be in dark either as opposed to now. Because its not just about applying, but also about chasing the lender till the offer. The evidence so far suggest, your current mortgage advisor is over worked and possibly might end up delaying your process more.janoid19 said:I'm after a mortgage of £142,500 and my AIP is with Halifax. Yes they charge a fee which is payable when the mortgage offer comes through (I was recommended her by a colleague). I am in full time employment and deposit of savings so pretty straight forward I understand. xHome buying yet again!! Fingers crossed!!

Yes I'm thinking thats what I will do. Can I fill in the information and speak to someone at Habito while I am waiting for my current mortgage advisor to get back to me?0

As far as I know, it operate majorly on "online chat" basis. However if you wish to speak to someone on phone, you just need to tell them that. I know they used to call however due to increased demand in current times, thye might have stopped that. However worth requesting it.Home buying yet again!! Fingers crossed!!

My mortgage advisor called tonight and my application is going in and she's giving me 50% discount
She said she was waiting to see if the rates would go down before putting my application in
Fingers Crossed!0
