This easy access account no longer appears in the MSE 'Best Buys' list.

I can find no information about the account (including interest rates) on the YBS website.

Does anyone know what has happened?

I could only find the new interest rate by logging in to my account. It appears to have dropped to 0.2%.

Just as well I didn't fund the account after opening it.

The Issue 7 account has been withdrawn from sale and the interest rates have not been reduced.

The rates are tiered, with 0.2% on £1+, 0.65% on £1000+, 0.95% on £10000+ and 1% on £50000+.

If you don't pay money into the account within 42 days of opening it then it will be closed automatically.
