Raised Decking over a ditch/sloped garden

Hi,

I am interested to know how much this sort of thing would cost to build in Surrey, England. This example (pictured) is obviously a balcony, but I'd essentially want the same sort of thing built but it to be decking off a patio, with the decking overhanging a slope/ditch area.

Any rough estimates are fine, not looking for a perfect estimate. Just wanting to rule this out or rule this in as an option for my garden.

What I'd like would be of a similar size to this. Not sure what wood this is, but a durable strong wood suitable for this kind of thing is fine. I wouldn't need to have some premium quality wood.
