It isn't just the Trustmark that companies need. They also need to have PAS accreditation which is a lengthy and expensive process. Most don't have this and the discussion amongst building companies is that it isn't worth it for the length of the scheme versus the cost and time associated with accreditation.Everything that is supposed to be in heaven is already here on earth.
