How long should I have to wait for meter change?
I currently have a Total heating Total control electric meter supplied by SSE, this is an only meter system mainly used in the Highlands where storage heaters are the best option. Unfortunately now days it is only supplied by SSE and is no longer as cheap as having an economy 7 meter.
I have phoned SSE to ask for my meter to be changed to a eco7 meter and they have said yes but they say they have no date they can give me for the change. So the question is how long should I have to wait while I have to pay the high prices on the current tarrif? Are there any rules on this?

Hi,think you may have to wait quite a while with this virus thingy, most suppliers are not prioritising non-essential work.0
