Can't Play Youtube Videos In Chrome

in Techie Stuff
I can play them in Firefox and other Browsers but not Chrome. I have cleared cookies,caches and browsing data but still no joy. Can anyone advice?

Make a new Chrome profile:
If YouTube videos now play in the new profile, either your old profile is corrupt or you have an extension that's causing the issue.

Thanks the new profile works. Is it best to delete the old one, is that easy to do or try and fix0

If there's nothing you need in the old profile (bookmarks, saved passwords, etc) you can just delete it.

That depends on how they're stored. If they're linked to your Google account then no. (Browser profile <> Google account).1
