Cannot access my Eon account online

hi,have just tried to access my account online with a saved username and password and it wont let me in,tried several times but wont let me in,also saying my username is not valid
im guessing i will have to phone them tomorrow but has anybody had this??

I’m having the same problem with British Gas. I’ve been on the phone on/off for the past 2 days. They get me into the account somehow but when I sign out it won’t let me back in again.1
