Cannot access my Eon account online

hi,have just tried to access my account online with a saved username and password and it wont let me in,tried several times but wont let me in,also saying my username is not  valid
im guessing i will have to phone them tomorrow but has anybody had this??

I’m having the same problem with British Gas. I’ve been on the phone on/off for the past 2 days. They get me into the account somehow but when I sign out it won’t let me back in again.

lol all sorted,all my fault,i googled eon but was trying to get into another account eon have and not my normal account
what a numpty i am
