Bay window crack Help

Hi All
I am new here. Our offer has been accepted on a house. We had a survey carried out informing us these cracks under the bay window will require total reconstruction of the bay window. 
I really need a second opinion here on what others think and potential cost to repair the crack and bay window?

I don't have a picture of the outside directly opposite the crack I showed earlier. I have screenshotted some pics from the survey of the outside of the bay.

Looks bad. IMO "will require total reconstruction" is correct. This possibly includes a better foundation for the window.

What other problems are lurking unseen?

Quite a common problem in bays on older houses. Foundations for them were often much shallower than the rest of the house.
Often easier to take the frame out and rebuild, rather than to try and underpin.

I wouldn't walk away if the rest of the house is just what you want, it's hardly a major problem. It would be good to get a couple of builders to give you an idea of cost, you could use that to knock a bit more off!
