My question is the debt reads as :
what does this update mean ? And how do I contact this said company to try sorry this debt out it’s 8 years old and lots off issues have past so I don’t know who it’s with ...

What do your reports from the other CRA’s show?

All show the same debt and details I’ll be frank here I dunno how summit was updated in 2018 .. I was in jail I just dunno who to contact to see what this debt was0

I have written to them and no reply I was alway led to believe the debt comes off my file , but even then ill pay or try sort it out but I can’t seem who to contact and it gets updated 2 day before the 6 year mark ? When I was in jail I’ve given up I’ve looked bin stuck for 1 month on it ha thanks though

Given the age of the debt, it's likely statute barred. If you haven't written to the company or made any payment towards it in the last 6 years, then it'd be worth checking (any correspondence should make it clear that you do not acknowledge the debt otherwise that will reset things). It should've dropped off your files automatically after 6 years though, so I'd first be getting in touch with the CRAs to ask for it to be removed. Morally if the money is owed then you should pay it, but if it is indeed statute barred then they are relying entirely on your good faith to settle the debt since it cannot legally be enforced if they haven't already gotten a CCJ...0
