EON Meter readings?????
Moved to EON a month ago. Tried many many times to submit my final gas meter reading but the website insists on an elec reading first and never lets me submit the gas reading.
I did once speak to a guy in customer services who took my reading but did !!!!!! all with it so there's still no reading in my account and I'm getting daily emails telling me to give them a reading.
They don't respond to emails, have no online chat available and don't answer their phone.
Is it like this for all EON users?

Check with your previous supplier that both the Gas & Elec were moved over to Eon - Failure to Switch both fuels is a common problem

I'm really sorry that you haven't been able to contact us as easily as we would like, we have been so busy lately, but that's no excuse.
You say you've moved to us? So you're trying to give your start meter reading. I know you posted yesterday but just checked Live Chat and they are free to help. Or you can pop the read on a DM on Twitter or PM on Facebook.
As dogshome has said, just double check that we have both supplies now as well. They can sometimes come over at slightly different times and that may be causing the problem.

Eon app won't accept meter readings from us either, just instantly states 'There's a problem'.
Not a good start to a transfer over from Bulb who I must say customer service and their online app was faultless.0 -

Secondly, this is not about the switch it is about EON not answering their phones, failing to respond to emails, not manning web chat, not having a fit for purpose website and having customer services staff who don't do their jobs.

Update: EON still haven't accepted my meter readings. They've raised and closed two complaints without even discussing it with me!
