5 night holiday wanted - help needed

Hello all,
Would appreciate some help with this. Am looking for a 5 night holiday for 2 people towards the end of august going somewhere like greece, cyprus or portugal. Preferably not spain. Have a budget of £260 each.
Need to fly from local airports (Southampton or Bournemouth).
Does anyone know of any good deals or a site that might specialise in this? We have tried expedia.co.uk and it isnt very good. A site that actually only lets you select destinations your airport goes to would be good!

PS - Is it better to book a week off and wait for a last minute deal or is that too risky?

Maybe try a last minute deal, someone posted once wanting last minute websites and quite a good list was thrown back. Lisbon is very nice, but flights might cost more but accomodation and expenses won't. Barcelona is really nice but you don't fancy Spain.2p off is still 2p off!0
