Credit Score showing wrong information

I've been desperately trying to build my credit score, and I've recently realised that my details haven't updated.
It's not showing my new address, any of my current or savings accounts and any credit or utility accounts I have. It says these things automatically update when they receive the information from the lenders/banks, but it's been over a year and nothing has changes. Who can I contact to get this changed?
Has any one else experienced this? If so, what did you do?

For starters it wont show savings accounts as that isnt credit. Some current accounts dont report to them all either. Same for utility companies: some do and some dont.0

No you don't - you need to build a credit history.
Don't get fixated on improving the number that means nothing in the real world.
Where are you looking at this information? Have you checked with all 3 CRA's?0 -

It's got three bank accounts that have been closed for years, but none of my new ones. It's got old utility accounts, and old addresses. It's like it just stopped receiving information on me about 18 months ago.0 -
Which sites are you using?
And again, you're not building a "score" at all, correct information or not.0 -
As above - ignore the score and focus on the data. Check your reports from all 3 CRAs - Exerian, Equifax and TransUnion. Not every lender reports to every CRA so you need to check all 3.
The CRAs only report the information they are provided so you'll need to contact the organisations concerned to ask why they are not reporting your data and ask them to fix this. Also, only credit products can be reported (eg. current accounts, credit cards, loans, etc) - savings accounts won't be reported. Formally complain if they drag their feet, but it should get sorted eventually.

Make sure you’re on the electoral roll at your current address too.0

One correct address link in a CRA and all the missing accounts will show up - it happened to me. There is possibly something odd here preventing the updates being applied to the correct account. Triple check with your banks that they have the right details AND the right old address on their systems. Triple check with the CRAs that they don't have two seperate accounts for you.0

Have you actually told the CRAs of your change of address? They won’t search it unless/until you update your details. So if for example you already had online accounts set up with the 3 CRAs at your old address and you are still using the same details that could be an issue. I’m not sure if that’s what’s happening here but if so you need to give them your new address.1
