EON complaints

So having being turned down for credit I paid to get my score from Experian. (knowing I had paid all my bills on time etc)
Experian is showing I have 5 EON accounts, all for the same amount owed - £179 all opened on the same day Nov 2017, all my name, address and DOB.
I contacted EON and explained - computer said No, no one could help
Was assured someone would contact me within 5 days to sort, had to wait on the phone for an hour again to be told it will be another week.
This is deffo their error, Experian can't help, they are saying they just report what they get told.
Can't pursue with omnibudsman for 8 weeks but could really do with it getting resolved asap 
Anyone got any ideas?  thanks in advance
