tonik energy now SP switch?
So this is the first I heard about tonik energy when I got the email yesterday from SP. This has happened twice to me now in 2 years, and the last time was an absolute farce to say the least. So my question is, can I swap suppliers whilst I'm going through this change or do I have to wait a certain period before I start a switch? I also have pending cashback from this switch which I guess I can forget, and I had to pay an early exit fee from my last supplier. So all in all not too impressed haha. Hope someone can advise, thanks.

When a SoLR takes over the customers of a failed supplier it has to go through the same processes as it would if you were switching your supply to them. It follows that any attempt to initiate a switch today would result in it being blocked because there is a switch already in progress. I have seen some advice which suggests that at least 10 days is needed after the actual transfer of supply to agree start readings; update National databases etc.1

Ok thanks for the reply. I guess I will have to wait and switch again afterwards. I suppose its more of an inconvenience atm for me than anything else.
