So, they offer dealing on some exchanges in the region but don't cover Korea, otherwise they would advertise it.[Deleted User] said:

interactivebrokers.co.uk 's website does indeed say they deal with the KSX but (as a rather fraught and long phone call revealed) only via CFDs which do not interest me. MW
