have a look at Interactive Investor who deal,

Asia Pacific: Australia, Hong Kong, Singapore.

So, they offer dealing on some exchanges in the region but don't cover Korea, otherwise they would advertise it.

interactivebrokers.co.uk 's website does indeed say they deal with the KSX but (as a rather fraught and long phone call revealed) only via CFDs which do not interest me.  MW
