Indeed - do NOT redact their WS except for YOUR data. You dont give two hoots about any other names etc. None.2

Probably not much good for an individual case but collectively they have ensured that the new CoP had total cross party support in getting the bill passed.BrownTrout said:

writing to an mp is just a waste of ink
MP's will write to the PPC but the PPC will ignore or send a rude letter back to the MP.

I have attached a copy of Jack Chapman's witness statement. I apologise for the poor quality - the documents were sent to my university and a friend had to send me pictures. I have until Sunday to send my WS and exhibits.0

Clearly your deadline cannot be a sunday. It is not a working day.1

Better to see the landowner contract and photos too...not just the statement. Landowner authority and photos are key.
But funny to see in 17, he has tried to rely on CPS v AJH Films, which was about a company authorising a driver. The law of agency relied upon there has no application in a consumer driver (as opposed to keeper) situation, as was confirmed in Excel v Smith (on appeal). If the D was not driving then include that transcript as one of the exhibits with your WS, it is easily found in the Parking Prankster's case law pages.
As for the Semark-Jullien case at Salisbury, you know the words to use against that rubbish because it's in the example WS in the NEWBIES thread that we tell people to use as the basis for their own WS.PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).
CLICK at the top or bottom of any page where it says:
