using personal credit card for limited company

Dear sirs
I am looking for help,

I have used my personal credit card to pay google ads to my business. I am the director and the only shareholder. Google has misrepresented the services and i have asked for a refund for misrepresentation and nondelivery for services a contracted.

i was using my persona credit card to pay for the transactions. the case is now with FOS and I want to know if I can be covered under S75 or not,

Why is it with the FOS? Were you at a point of deadlock with Google?

Have you asked your CC company to do a S.75 claim?

In general section 75 does not apply to business transactions - s75 is for personal customers only

In whose name is the contract relating to the provision of these services?  If it's in the limited company's name, then you can't claim under section 75 as you (personally, the debtor) are not a party to the contract....
