I recently purchased a car from Hyundai approved dealership it has a warranty for 6 months. The car is leaking rainwater the back seat is sodden, the boot well is filled with water. I have been told they are trying to dry out the back seat and find the leak. If they cannot identify where the leak or work done is not satisfactory, what recourse do i have under the warranty. Can I for example return the car and get back the purchase price? What protection does the warranty give me? I appreciate any advice on this.Thanks.

When did you purchase the car? How long ago was "recently"?0

Consumer Rights probably give you far more protection than the warranty. To echo the above:
1. When did you buy/receive the car?
2. How much was it?
3. How did you pay?0 -
Reject it if they cannot fix it, they only have 1 go at it though.0
