How do I get Easyjet receipt?

I booked a holiday with Tui last December to travel in Oct 2020 to Malaga. Tui have recently cancelled and refunded the holiday due to COVID-19. The flight was with Easyjet (booked as a package with Tui). I paid for extra legroom seats last December but had to do so on the Easyjet website using the flight reference, so not creating an Easyjet account. Tui have informed me I will have to reclaim the cost through my travel insurance however I have been unable to obtain a receipt for the payment from either Easyjet or Tui. Tui say they can't provide it as the payment is to Easyjet. Easyjet say they can only email it to the email address on the booking but won't tell me what email address that is, only that it is the travel agent's email, so a Tui email. I'm going round in circles and getting nowhere. Please could anyone advise how I can get the receipt from Easyjet so I can reclaim this?

What's the excess on the insurance policy?0

Work out if 'going round in circles' is worth the amount you will eventually recoup. Your excess may be in excess of the seat charges.0

I’d agree with the replies you have already. I suspect your travel insurance excess would be greater than your insurance claim. Presumably the extra legroom seats are around £18-£20 pp each way.0

Thank you for your replies. The seat fee was £90 and my excess is £50 so could still reclaim £40 presumably and every little helps Is there any other way to reclaim the full cost, credit card cover or something?0

You have no claim against your credit card.
For the receipt try either
Request a Payment Confirmation or VAT Invoice

I've recently lost my job so £40 would help feed my family. It may not be a lot to you or others but we are struggling and every little helps. Thank you anyway0
