there are hundreds of posts on here about b w legal, and they are easily googled too

the dfendant should email a SAR to the PPC to their DPO and get all their data , documents , pictures etc , attaching proof of I D such as a copy of the V5C

THE VICTIM DEFENDANT SHOULD ALSO REPLY TO B W LEGAL DENYING THE ALLEGED DEBT AND STATE THEY ARE SEEKING DEBT MANAGEMENT ADVICE

the OP can do this but everything must be done in the name of the defendant (the victim) , NOT in the name of the OP angie , she has nothing to do with this, but can assist the defendant

post #2 in the newbies thread (where the OP incorrectly posted today) is where the information is , top of this forum

the only time it says IGNORE is if it gives 14 days notice, but have no doubt that this will progress to a court claim

not if she has read that Newbies thread she mistakenly posted in earlier today , the acronyms are explained higher up than her inadvertant post in that thread so she must have read it in order to reply

The OP replied asking for a link to the NEWBIES thread, replying directly under my signature telling all newbies where the link is...I am not sure how much clearer I can make it than telling people where to click.
PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).
CLICK at the top or bottom of any page where it says:

Angie1983 clearly needs some advice and guidance, telling someone to go to a certain thread when they haven’t been on this site before is not really helping.

Of course it is, this a a self help forum.

Acronyms are used daily in all walks of life

    MSE is an acronym , as are , BBC , BT , ITV , BA , CCBC , DWP , DVLA , NHS , RAF , YHA , MP , PM , Potus , FBI , CIA , GCHQ , NBC , CNN etc

Acronyms are a daily occurrence and a way of life , they won't be going away anytime soon , get used to them , remembering that Google is your friend, do not expect everything to be typed out in longhand !! It won't happen

They're all initialisms, to be pedantic ;)
Only an acronym if it forms a real word - Random Access Memory for example

Angie, are you using a phone to browse ?

the forum design is not very phone friendly.
