Application to cancel a unilateral notice? How does this impact me?

If anyone can help provide some guidance on here, this would be greatly appreciated!
I am a landlord of a flat which I have owned since 2016. I recently received an 'Application to cancel a unilateral notice' and have been asked to either object to it or consent to it.
It claims that I am the 'beneficiary' of the unilateral notice and that the applicant for the cancellation is 'a person who is (or entitled to be) the registered proprietor.
All I want to know is how does this impact me as the owner and landlord of the flat? I was not even aware that there was even a unilateral notice in the first place! I have read countless websites which define what a unilateral agreement is and the process that can be followed to cancel the notice, but nothing that spells out in plain English what the impact of such a cancellation could be on me/anyone in this situation.
