    1. Prize is for a one night stay at St Pancras Renaissance Hotel London for 2 people including access to the spa, fitness centre and pool, a 60-minute treatment for two persons (choice of: St Pancras Manicure, St Pancras Pedicure, The ultimate rose massage experience or The Rose Refinery facial), and breakfast, in a superior room.
    2. Spa-pre-booking subject to availability, pre-booking required and can be booked on day of arrival or departure. Check www.stpancras-spa.com for available treatment days.
    3. Use of the spa facilities are available from check in to 1500hrs of day of departure.
    4. One (1) prize available for two people sharing a hotel room.
    5. The prize is valid for travel between 15th October 2020 and 31st July 2021, subject to availability.  Blackout dates may apply. The hotel will confirm when request is received.
    6. The prize includes breakfast per guest.
    7. Booking must be made no later than 29th July 2021. Travel must be completed by 31st July 2021.
    8. Travel dates past the specified redemption dates will be re-assessed if travel restrictions are implemented which impact the ability to travel.
    9. The prize does not include travel costs, travel insurance, minibar, laundry or any other costs of a personal nature (including spending money) for the winner and their companion.
    10. The prize must be taken as stated and no compensation will be payable if a winner is unable to use the prize as stated.
    11. Compliance with any health or other government requirements due to the current pandemic is the responsibility of the winner. It is the responsibility of the winner to enquire about local issues and conditions at destinations before travel.
    12. The prize must be taken on the dates stated within the competition terms and conditions.
    13. No purchase necessary.
    14. Entry is open to aged 18 years and over and must be a UK residence.
    15. This competition is not open to employees of Marriott International.
    16. The prize is non-transferable and no cash alternative is available. 
    17. Only one entry per person.
    18. The closing date for entries is midnight on 14th October 2020. The organisers cannot accept responsibility for late or lost entries. Entry cannot be accepted if all details are not provided.
    19. The prize winners will be drawn at random from those entrants whose entries have reached Head for Points by the closing date.
    20. The winners will be notified by email within 7 days of closing. If the prize is unclaimed by the initial winners drawn within fourteen days (14) days, no further draws will take place, as Head for Points’ decision regarding selection of winners is final and there will be no further correspondence.
    21. By entering the Head for Points competition or prize draw, the winner/s agree to their name published on the Head for Points website.
    22. Any breach of these terms and conditions by an entrant will void their entry. Misrepresentative or fraudulent entries will invalidate an entry.
    23. Head for Points reserve the right at any time to cancel, modify or supersede the competition (including altering prizes at an equivalent value) if, in Head for Points’ sole discretion, a competition is not capable of being conducted as specified.
    24. These terms and conditions shall be governed by the laws of England and Wales and subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
