Residential Conference Centres - Covid-19 restrictions

Can anyone point to specific regulations relating to the operation of conference centres which include residential overnight accommodation?
I'm thinking of places where groups of people come from many different households, attend meetings (face mask and other precautions in operation), have meals (table service), and stay overnight.

I imagine it would be covered by the same regulations as hotels as far as accommodation is concernedAt the moment I would imagine that companies who might have conferences or residential meetings in normal times will be doing their utmost to replace these with in house or online meetings.
