Roll back windows updates to and earlier date . Sometimes updates break things

Download the drivers from Lenovo support pages and reinstall.

Does it produce sound from the earphones jack

Thanks, I'll try the drivers reinstall. It doesn't have an earphoné jack.  I'll have to do some googling with regards to the windows roll back!  It's the tb-x103f. Running chrome.

Erm is that the right model number ? Thats an android tablet

OH and Lenovo says there is a headphone jack
