ISA and pension funds tracking app

I'm trying to find an app or online portal which will allow me to view all my ISA stocks & shares funds as well as my pension fund performance. I can't seem to find anything which will give me visibility of the fund performance so I can take action on poorly performing funds by switching to one which is performing better.
Currently I can only track these on the several pension companies through their own platforms, and also can only view the Moneybox app to track performance of my ISA stocks and shares which isn't great to monitor different periods, i.e. 3, 6, 12 months.
Does anyone know of a good app where I can view all these funds and their performance, even if it is a portfolio app? I've tried MorningStar and FT but both don't seem to have full coverage of all funds when performing a search, with some funds not being found.
