I have contacted by Bank Smart, who I'm unsure of and if I've signed anything with this company. The only company I had dealings with made all contact details available inc. Telephone number. Which this company does not have.
They want £300+ as I have breached the t&cs that I've signed an agreement with?
I'm not even sure i have signed?
Help please as this is very concerning and even more since reading posts from others who have fallen into their trap.
