1) They want you to make payments to get more money. The letters will stop when you let them know you are in or have applied for an IVA.1 -

Hi, please could someone help me.
I am currently in a joint IVA with my husband. He is due to inherit some money, plus a property.
Can the IVA Company take any of the inheritance off us and have any hold over the property?
