Did you ever get any further with this?
Whilst today is the day they missed the first appointment i called to ask what is happening and to put in a complaint. They had no idea why my appointment was cancelled and tried to suggest they close the complaint and use it as feedback for future service improvements - i refused and asked them to keep it open.
Just wanting to get all the information i can in case i need to fight back when i’m contacted further about the complaint. Annoyingly if i was to miss the appointment i could be charged £30 but the guy on the phone wasn’t fussed about that and just pushed that i rebook another date!Things that are free in life are great, well most of the time :beer:0
