Hi Chrisdmayhew, how did you get on? We have the same problem and John Lewis are sending someone to inspect our mattress next week.

John Lewis 'washed' their hands of it and passed it to Simba, who passed it back to John Lewis. Neither cared a jot. I will NEVER buy from John Lewis or Simba ever again based on this experience. Felling totally ripped off.

If you are outside of the warranty then your only recourse is via the retailer.  You need to commission your own report on the bed to establish the issue.

Their T&Cs cover practically everything that could go wrong with a mattress!!
The dip tolerance is quite shocking!!!

Imagine having a 4cm dip where you both lay after 3 years and in Simba's eyes that's perfectly ok!!!

SIMBA is under investigation by the CMA for it's selling practices.

  • Another disgruntled Simba owner here! The mattress is "dipping" on both sides, causing back issues after two years and nearly £900.

Currently being passed back and too by Amazon "Simba Store" vs Simba Ltd, not even got to the inspection phase.

Has anyone seen or heard a positive result of this? The CMA investigation refers to selling/pricing practices, not quality issues.
