In Column B4 to B15 i have the corresponding value of each investment
In column C4 to C15 id like to autofil the percentage that each investment represents of the total portfolio
In 19B i have the total value of the portfolio

Feudal Britain needs land reform. 70% of the land is "owned" by 1 % of the population and at least 50% is unregistered (inherited by landed gentry). Thats why your slave box costs so much..

In C4 you want =B4/B$19 then copy down from C4 to C15 - depending on your setup you may need to format column C to percentage. Once you done just check they all add up to 100% (or 1)1

If you want to be more ambitious and track the %'s over time, you could use a PivotTable.
