CRA holds incorrect info about me but I don't know which info it is.

I use ClearScore, Credit Karma and MSE Credit Club on a regular basis to check my credit reports.
Every month I go through every single section and every account on every report, to make sure everything is OK.
I know that informations on my credit reports are OK, whether it's dates of account opening, payments, types of accounts, etc. (Zero late or missed payments, never been overdrawn, no cash advances on CCs, no maxed out CCs at any point.)
Once I tried to register with TotallyMoney and I didn't pass their security questions despite giving 100% correct answers. Well, not correct from their point of view. I contacted them but obviously they can't tell me what part of my credit report did not match my answers. It was one of those checks where they ask you which of the following banks you hold (or don't hold) account with.
Last month I received a letter from Creation saying that since I'm such a great credit card customer, I may be eligible for a loan. I did an eligibility check just out of curiosity and later received another letter saying that some of the info I provided did not match the info held by CRA (I believe it was Equifax).
What kind of info is visible to lenders but is NOT visible to me when checking my own credit report? There are obviously some mistakes but how can I find out what they are if no one wants to tell me? When I check my own credit reports (all 3, and once I also checked my Crediva report), everything seems to be correct.

Btw, I moved 5 times since 2014 when I first arrived in the UK. Every time I moved, I changed the address on all my accounts on the same month, even though it was a couple months after I actually moved. But CRAs don't know this. They only know when I changed my address with banks, ER, mobile operator. So when doing eligibility checks and asked about my addresses, I always type in the month when I changed my addresses with banks and electoral roll, rather than when I physically moved in/out. I don't think this should cause any issue.

If you’ve checked and they’re all ok then that’s fine. It’s probably just a generic letter.0

OK, but what about TotallyMoney then? It literally said the info didn't match.
The only thing that comes to my mind is that they asked me about Sygma Bank which is now Creation. I answered yes as I have a Creation CC. Is it possible that their system is so dumb that it considered this a wrong answer? I really doubt it, but... I don't know.

I could never sign up with totally money for “identity reasons” but could use other providers who use TransUnion with no issues (Credit Karma for example).

Have you contacted TotallyMoney to ask why? Maybe it’s a (possibly widespread) technical glitch (but don’t hold me to that, it’s a theory 😉).0

If they're asking information that you can see on your credit file, and that information is correct on your file, the only explanation is a glitch on their end or the data they're receiving from the CRA's is getting mangled somehow on the CRAs end.
Doesn't sound like an easy isssue to resolve though. If it were me I'd just give up and look elsewhere.1 -

Yes I have. They just said they're sorry but can't do anything about it. And they won't tell me what's wrong with my answers.

as well. There’s plenty other places to get your TransUnion report from.0 -

Thanks.
I get it already from Credit Karma. I was just concerned about the fact that my correct answers did not match something on my credit reports and I can't even see what it was.
