Builders not coming back to repair fault.

Had a conservatory built. No problem till started to get caller and raining. Found water coming from the walls. Called company, said get booked in and call back. Have emailed the pictures, no response. A phone call cost pence to keep upto date.
How long do I leave it, I'm visiting g their office to confront them as not answering the phone.
One payment was paid on credit card, would I be covered by section 75?
