LAKELAND - erroneous CHARGE applied - watch out !

I made an online purchase some weeks ago, and delivery was late! I received a despatch note via Royal Mail to advise that I had been charged £3.50 for postage/packing, for the item which is no longer available !!
I telephoned their customer service dept. (after several attempts) to be advised that the charge was made as a redeemable voucher was included in my order - not at my request, and a scam given the circumstances. I understand the system defect has been around for some 6-7 years (by design?).
Strongly advise: check your account/invoices for any scam charges !

I think they received a letter through the post informing them of a postage charge, though it still doesn't' make much sense.1
