Hi there,
Does anyone have an email address for Very please?
The account is in my husbands name but I can't ring them, as he's at work.  
A payment was due on 09 Oct, I paid £100 way before the date (25th Sept) and the payment is showing on the latest transactions.  Very are sending almost daily messages by text asking for payment.  Hubby is getting very stressed about this, as am I.  Our next statement is due on 17th Oct. 
I want to email them and tell them we've paid it.
Can anyone help please?

I have figured out what it is.  For some reason, when you apply payments to buy now pay later items, this doesn't count towards your minimum payment, which is ridiculous.  So I've now had to make another payment today.
The sooner that account is cleared the better.

Hi Abbafan1972,
You must be on the same billing cycle as me.  My payment was also due on the 9th October, next statement is due to be produced on 17th October.  I made my payment on 26th September on the statement produced on 19th September. 
Following on from the previous poster, if the payment was made before the statement was made, the payment would still be due this month, in yours and my case we have made the payment in time for 9th October.
On my account it says 'Your next payment is due on Friday 9th October 2020' even today.  Maybe it takes time to update and it will do so when the next statement is produced.  If the payment is showing on the Transaction History tab, you can trust that it has gone through. 

I tried to email Very about something in July, they still have not replied.

This is why I set up a direct debit payment.
It gets very confusing if you pay before the actual due date unless you want to make 'extra' payments.
