Nabuh energy - Taken too much money in final direct debit

I left a tenancy on the 14th of August and after waiting for the next month for the bill to come in, paid over the phone to what I thought was the final amount. It wasn't until the end of this month that they sent me the final bill, which included standing charges for days which I wasn't there (up to the end of the month). I phoned up to get this taken off before the direct debit came out and the lady who answered told me that they no longer having billing staff on call but they would send them an email to call me. Come a week and the direct debit that came out was for the full amount. I subsequently phoned up again to ask about this and was told by another lady that she would send another email to the billing team, this time labelled urgent but I would have to give them 72 hours. It's been 5 days since then and again no call.
What would be the best way of going about this? Continue to call every week and end up on having to wait for the billing team to call me? Write to them asking for my money back? Wait 8 weeks (6 weeks from now) to contact the financial ombudsman to hopefully get them to resolve it? It isn't that much money (£13) but I'd rather not spend more when I did not have to.

Just ask the bank to reverse the offending DDs.  It should happen immediately under the DD Guarantee.

It shows why Nabuh are still close to the bottom of the Citizens Advice ratings !

Reverse the DD and then wait for them to contact me about that where I can pay the right amount?
