Refund of voucher for spa day through wiwcher

I bough a spa day voucher through wowcher before covid. I haven’t been able to use it due to covid and have requested a refund. They will only give a credit. Do I have any rights to demand a refund

Who is wiwcher ??You will probably find as per many other posters all you bought is a voucher and that will be subject to T&C .Yes usually they offer a credit .0

You probably don't have any rights to demand a refund because I suspect you bought a voucher and have been supplied with one. Therefore, Wowcher have fulfilled their contract.
If you post the details of exactly what you bought, we can confirm if that's the case or not.0
