Time for refund - Curve Card

Can anyone shine a light, went to TKMAXX to return some items I had bought, they did it at the till, "pop your card in" bobs you uncle. Now usually, with a credit or debit card I see this refund as good as instantly as its a direct transaction from them to me. But it's been 4 or 5 days now and nothing. Does it take longer on Curve? Nothing in bank nor nothing on the curve app.

2 of those days have been weekend days. They normally say "up to 5 working days" to cover their backs, wait until 5 working days have elapsed and then chase up.
I have no first hand experience of this particular card though.1 -
I've had a couple of refunds to Curve. It takes 'a few days', but as @bradders1983 says weekends don't count. Curve can be slow sometimes, but refunds do work. The refund will appear on your Curve balance in the app, not into the bank account.Start Debt Jun 2020 = £10,036 - Current £5,894 | #324 £1,000 Emergency Fund Member - £2051

Tbh, the Curve card is the worst for refunds. I would say get in touch with support asap. I had a large refund missing for over 6 weeks, because their systems showed that refunded my underlying cardMalkytheheed said:Can anyone shine a light, went to TKMAXX to return some items I had bought, they did it at the till, "pop your card in" bobs you uncle. If it has been over 5 working days contact Curve support. Apparently if the retailer doesn't provide enough information in the refund for Curve to automatically associate the refund with the existing transaction, Curve instead needs to process the refund manually. I've found if you don't contact support it can take weeks.1
