Hi, I bought a nest doorbell. I asked someone to connect with the existing transfermer. For some reason the doorbell is not getting the power. If remove the doorbell and connect it with the USB mains then lights comes. I am not sure what is the issue. I have taken the pictures of the transfermer. See above.
Is it becuse its old chime and transfer and it needs a new one?
Please advise?
Thanks
