Thank you for this tip. E-Surv wouldn’t speak to the agent, only applicant or vendor so I called them and booked it in for Wednesday next week. It was passed to them 7 days ago, wish I’d called sooner!

Any idea how long till offer after Halifax valuation?

I hear from people that they issue the offer on the next day. In my case, I needed to submit the EWS1 form so it’s taking longer than expected.

My offer was issued the day the valuation was done. Although it took over a week to arrive by post.

Mine was the same afternoon, on a Friday. Solicitors had received it the following Monday, but it too nearly 10 days for me to receive in the post.
