Item Not Received

i won a dvd off ebay about a month ago and i still havent got it. I opened a dispute through ebay but nutting has been done about it. I didnt pay a lot for it. I always checked the sellers feedback before i bid, when i bid on this item they had really good feedback then i won the item and about a week later i checked the sellers feedback and they had really bad feedback. Shall i try and track the person down (as he is not reply to my emails) or shall i just leave it.??..

If you paid by paypal, start an 'item not received' dispute with paypal, you should get your money back.

If you didnt use paypal, then I think you've lost your money..

Have you spoken to the squirrels, I find they are normally the most knowledgable when it comes to "nutting"?

If the seller has bad feedback for non delivery I would wager they have long disappeared & if they used paypal the account has probably been cleaned out.

If you did pay by paypal open a dispute & escalate it straight away.

I'm also in a similar situation so rather than start a new thread, I thought I'd join this one (sorry)....how long should you wait before contacting paypal? Does your protection kick in from date of payment or date that seller claimed to be despatching goods that have never arrived?
