Potterton Gold boiler

"Mains on" and "call" lights coming on. "Call" light going between flashing intermittently and staying stable. "Boiler on" light not coming on. No heating, and water tank cold. Any obvious suggestions?

Is this a combi or system or conventional (vented) boiler? What 'water tank cold' are you referring to - the hot water cylinder?
