How cool. Child tickets are usually cheaper, so I don't see a problem with an exchange!
Won't be a problem or just get 2 adult tickets as at 13 she's nearly an adult anyway so they won't say anything.

Sorry to just jump into the middle here, but it's really seeming like there are no newcastle / gateshead / surrounds screenings atm...?

That and the only chance of getting any tickets is when I'm at work... lol.. always the way, isnt it!

Just got back from Never Back Down such a silly title for a film...they should have called it 'The Karate Kid: The New Generation' and I would have had higher expectations. The film was a lot better than expected, it was ultra-violent so people that thought Drillbit's slapstick violence was too violent definitely wouldn't like this. People that like boxing/ mixed martial arts/ ultimate fighting will probably love this film. Since I didn't particularly like the fighting, it was very well done as it did come across as very realistic and not some sort of stage fighting. I liked the camerawork/ style and the music and the acting wasn't too bad either.
It is worrying that it's a 15 rated film that will probably get seen by loads of kids under 15 who will probably think it's the coolest thing since the last cool thing.

So for all of that I'll give it a 6/10

As regards the screening, well when I turned up at 6:15pm there were four other people in the cinema, by the time they turned the lights down there were 13 of us, the usher allowed in two other guys telling them that it was an invitation only screening but because it was such a low attendance he'd allow them to stay, then two other ladies turned up as it was starting so in total there 17 people in a massive screening!! So don't know what goes on with momentum screenings and how they deal with the code or send out invites  .
  • I think it's hysterical that people thought Drillbit Taylor was too violent it really was just slapstick violence you get more violence in Eastenders before the watershed.
