I always take my own popcorn sweets even sandwiches if i haven't eaten and i'm going to the cinema straight from work, as long as you are discreet you're usually o.k. Some people make a big noise and mess and draw a lot of attention to themselves they usually get caught, but there's not much point going to a free screening and paying 3 or 4 quid for popcorn if defeats the purpose really.0

Personally i think it is more down to the cinema staff , as some cinemas take the rule of not being able to bring your own food in more serious than others. As some staff follow the rules step by step (i hate those type of people lol) and some are there just to get paid and let you bring and do pretty much what you want.Member No. 20 of the "104 free previews in 2008" club! Seen round about 21 so far0

I like the Durden staff - the one's who hate their job enough to splice !!!!!! into kids' movies! lmao anyone remember that?Haikus are easy
But sometimes they don't make sense

Oh btw while I never buy from the cinema itself, its prices are that high for a reason: they only make 20% on ticket sales and rely on popcorn sales etc to survive.
If there weren't people getting ripped off at your cinema, their wouldn't be a cinema there!Haikus are easy

Just come back from seeing The Bank Job at the Vue in Cheshire Oaks and it was half empty despite there being 'no tickets available' for the last 10days. I wish people wouldn't book them unless they can go. I know there is always the odd occasion when something crops up but surely not for 40 plus people on the same night!0

I enjoyed it, bit gruesome at times but it was nice to see 'bent' people getting caught, Was it Margaret in the photos?0
