Are sheds generally cheaper to buy in winter

So we have decided we need a new shed and fencing in the garden. On a tight budget We were wondering if we should hold off a little longer if these usually Summer items are generally cheaper to buy in the winter months?

Items remaining in stock at the DIY sheds may be reduced but no certainty. Local companies who manufacture to order may offer a discount but the only way to find out is to ask them.
