Investing in OTC stocks from the UK

Hi,I'm looking for an online broker to invest in OTC stocks. I'm based in the UK and the main platforms I use such as Hargreaves Lansdown and Trading 212 doesn't list the stocks I'm after such as Trulieve (TCNNF) and H2O innovations (HEOFF). As a UK investor I'm after:
The ability to purchase OTC shares.
Use an online broker
Low fee structure
